No. Sorry. It is too little for all of my dogs and they are all about 11 pounds and under. This would be for a very small dog.

It is so cute!! I can never find anything cute like this in there size! The harness they have on are xxx small and still have some room.

I am thinking this will fit them, but I would hate to tell you yes and then it be too big. I don't have a dog that small to try it on. I'm glad you like it. I love it. I actually think out of all the clothes I've bought my dogs, which is tons, this is one of my favorites ever. I just wish I would have ordered right size. Yes, I keep mentioning that because it makes me sick. lol
