Okay this is the first time I'm doing this manly to figure this out. XD Any tips will be helpful for the shipping or future reference.

Remove 2 damage counters from 1 of your Benched Pokemon.
~Cloak Scale (50)
If you have Warmadam Sandy Cloak in play, the Defending Pokemon is now Burned, Confused, and Poisoned.

I know that most people don't put that much description for a card but the picture wasn't the best quality so this mite help a little. ^^
