depends on your hair type......and preference. My daughter's waist length hair gets really dry ends, this stuff does do wonders for it, I just get two to three shipments then cancel [I got enough to last me and my daughter till 2016 lol. Got to love people lol

My hair does the same and it a nice curl if I have the right product that everyone would want and I that I hate. LOL. If you wan to email me I will send you what I use and it works wonders. However, you have to do condition treatment which is just leaving the cheap conditioner on for 30 minutes. Mind you it a great product. bdtliv@msn.com
