TRIPLE MINUTES FOR LIFE means (to all who are asking):
This is a pay as you go/minute phone. So when you buy your minute card to add minutes to the phone-- say you buy a 60 minute card. Instead of giving you only 60 minutes--- it will TRIPLE your
Minutes. So 60 x3= 180 minutes.
So every time ((for the duration of the phones lifetime) you add minutes---- they will always be tripled! So if you bought a 120 minute card--you would get ( 120 x 3 ) = 360 minutes.
And so on.

It doens't say unlocked because it says it's for Tracfone. If it was unlocked it would say unlocked instead of tracfone. Unlocked means you can use it with any gsm carrier, and you can't that's why it says Tracfone.

Safelink uses Tracfone phones. All you have to do is call them and they will activate it for you over the phone. I've bought 2 Tracfones when I had the safelink account and they activated them both.
