Just checking, when you answered the battery question with 3v, did you mean the 3v button battery? I've never shot with a Ricoh, but looking for an SLR.

And double checking again too, no grinding when moving the lense, correct?

Do you happen to have any prints you shot with this camera that you could post?

No with this camera has not been used for over year camera is still in working condition last time it was working. Battery should not be an issue you can go on eBay and buy it.
