A small size pet cone. (Cone of shame!) lol
For a dog. Not recommended for a kitty. I tried to use this just once on my kitty. He had a fit and just about hurt himself to get out of it. In great condition. Just "tried" to use it once. :) Happy Bidding.

I'm not sure. I would suggest using caution. Cats can be so unpredictable with "things" on them:) You could ask advice from a local vet about it. :)
