It is a bar that you rub onto the skin just as you would any other body lotion. It is super moisturizing . It absorbs quickly into the skin.
It's great for very dry skin and problem areas such and feet, hands, elbows, & knees
I put it on my feet at night and cover with socks. It is amazing for cracked heels!
