Pretty sure it doesn't. But I'm not an expert, couldn't find anything on box or watch itself saying nickel free? I have very sensitive skin & it never bothered me! Hope I've helped! :)

I have very sensitive skin & this watch didn't turn me colors or give me a rash. I have the original box but couldn't find any clues, on the back of the watch it says: BASE METAL BEZEL 1007? Stainless Steel back....
I'm pretty sure it does not contain nickel but I can't say that I'm 100% sure! Hope that helps!
