Black powder was simply gunpowder, back in the days when it was the only propellant suitable for use in guns. It is a mixture of potassium nitrate, sulfur, and charcoal.
It began phasing out in the late 1800s, when smokeless powders were developed.

Patch Size: Nearly 3 inches height by 4 inches width
Type: Sew-on/Iron
Condition: Never used! Great collector's item!
