they are very collectible and actually used for soft boiled eggs. you crack the top of shells gently and eat with spoons. Now they used to make spoons just for these, but like the grapefruit spoons have become almost impossible to find. One set of these can go for over $40 now and not half as nice as these. SO great DEAL!!! REALLY!!

these are very cool and making a huge comeback. We have seen them in stores lately and this is a huge bargain.
