The waist is like a combulbun with a satin flower with sequins on the left side. The bottom of the dress comes up in a vee about mid calf. The dress is lined in black and over layered in chiffon. You can put red shoes with this and you will be the hit of the gathering. It really is a beautiful dress. It is a size 12. This dress is brand new with tags. Shipping out west will be 13.00 .
