Thank you, they come from a loving home, as well. Steeped in tradition. I am a theatre lover, and when I found these years ago, they reminded me of "Fiddler On The Roof". Classic!
25+ years. They are very lovely. The largest 2 peasant women have a deep plum colored "dress", the smallest 2 have a red "dress", which have slightly faded to a very pretty rose. All are in pristine condition. I collect nestle dolls, and have a Santa nestle and a nutcracker nestle for the holidays. As you may have noticed, I tend to go for a more classic decor for my home, I live in a 1868 Victorian home, so I try to stick to the more traditional. So glad you like them!!
Thanks again katz. This is a personal favorite of mine. But, getting ready to downsize from a very large 1860's Victorian home, and well, I hope many people will be happy . . .
Aw, I'm sorry you're moving from your beautiful home. I LOVE Victorian, country, shabby chic, vintage, junk style, French Country, Cottage. Anything that isn't all cold and sterile.
Btw, I love your dolls. :) Watching and I think I fanned ya awhile back. :) Oh, and I love the plus sign thing!
