you are bidding on a used apple ipod 5th generation classic 30 gig. it does have some minor scratched, but has a perfect screen. i actually used this for awhile until i got my new iphone. this comes with the charger/data cable. i am offering free shipping and will run this for 10 days so everyone has a chance to bid. i listed this a few weeks ago and somebody flagged it (probably because they got outbid and didnt have enough credits) this will be the LAST time i offer this for free with free shipping. if you dont have enough credits to win, im sorry. look for another. i do shipping on mondays. please dont ask if there is anything on it now, but i will say the battery is perfect and it will play movies, videos pics and music

thanks. i know these things can go for alot on here. i think listia should revisit how they handle flagging and disputes. it seems to be a seriously flawed system. the idea of listia itself is good, the bugs need to be worked out.

thanks susan91, also, thank you jorge10. i take my listia serious, BUT, theres more than enough here that dont. it gets a little stressful. most of us just think, "hey, i have stuff i dont want, why dont i trade it for stuff i do want". that whole thing is messed up when you get idiots on here just looking for something for nothing. thinking about it, i bet those are the ones that cant even hold a job for longer than a day

No points for clicking plus sign? Dont see the point of it then really. Throw that idea in the recycle bin. And as far as the whole flagging issue, it is most definetly flawed. The biggest flaw is that anyone can do the flagging, and that they give you badges for flagging, the more you flag, the bigger your badge. So they actively promote flagging auctions. So people go around and flag thier competition just to get the auction taken down to get more bids on thier auction, AND get a badge while doing so. You should only be able to flag after 100 feedback received, and you shouldnt be able to flag anymore then 8 auctions per month. Also no badges, thats ridiculous for flagging, it just promotes an already broken system. Fix it, as from what I see people are leaving Listia cause they're sick of auctions being taken down. Cant say I blame them. Do you want to end up like Ebay after only your second year? I dont think so...
