The listing, VINTAGE 1950's or 1960's SNOOPY WINDUP / WIND-UP WRIST WATCH has ended.
Vintage 1950's or 1960's Snoopy wind-up watch that came from my late mother's things. This watch still works. I wound it up a few days ago to see if it would run, and it did, but, I don't know how accurate it is or how long it will keep running. I just know it worked when I wound it. "Be very careful of over winding a wind-up watch". The tennis ball counts the seconds, but, there is no hand on the face, it just sort of floats around. I don't know how this works, but, it's cool. The tennis racket is the minute hand and Snoopy's arm and hand are the hour hand. It has a denim jeans look on the face of the watch. The face reads: Copr. C (with a circle around it) 1958 United Feature Syndicate, Inc. The back is stainless steel. It looks dark in the picture, but, that's just the lighting, it shines just like stainless steel is supposed to. I popped the watch open and all I could see that it said was no (0) jewels. I pictured this next to a dime, but, it's more the size of a half dollar. There is no band with it.
