Marked Sterling. Rope design bezel mount for coin with bale that you can put necklace thru. You can take this coin out and put another on it. To my knowledge, THE COIN IS NOT SILVER!! Army coin from 1976 worth about $8-10 by itself. I do not have a gram weight for the silver content, to do that I'd have to take the coin out and I would risk breaking it because I do not have jeweler tools to do that type of work.
