The listing, VINTAGE Political Buttons has ended.

Theese are Vintage Buttons but they are NOT the original buttons used for rally. They are all marked REPRODUCTION. I am not sure when they started reproducing Political Buttons??? Or why even???

Most reproductions are produced as part of corporate promotions. The Alfred Smith pin looks like one I saw that was made in 1972. You can usually find the production date on the curl. By the way, thank you for your honesty.

I remember getting a framed set of repro campaign buttons back around the bicentennial (1976). They didn't have pins and were marked "Reproduction". Maybe these are from a set like that?
