Thieves is a great blend. One suggested use is to use it in a diffuser to purify the air. I personally use this oil everyday.

Peppermint is great for mental clarity and recovery. Diffuse during work or study to encourage focus, energy, and positivity.

Peace and Calming is a wonderful blend to release tension. I personally use this almost everyday with my children. It does help mellow them out before bedtime.

Lavender not only has a lovely smell but several other uses. apply to bruises, cuts, and scrapes to support your body's natural response. It is also awesome for encouraging tranquility and restful sleep. I personally use this oil in the diffuser in my kids room during bedtime. I also use this on my kids when they get bug bites.
