I have a few of these, they were purchased for another business, and never used. So I would say new, but have had them for about a year and I am sure I have used a couple of them once or twice, so technically maybe lightly used would be more realistic

They are designed to be hand held, I bought a bunch of these for an old business, I believe the bulbs are the photo type, extremely bright
