Description
The listing, FAKE IPAD has ended.
This is a fake ipad. It doesn't do anything. it can be used as a toy, a stage prop, or to play a trick on someone. I'm sure our creative Listians can come up with some useful ideas for this item. I have it because one of our not so honest former Listians sent it to me as the real deal. Please don't bid on it for that purpose.
I only ship to verified addresses. It is fast & easy to do. If you are not certified go to http://www.listia.com/account/verify Good luck & Happy Bidding.

Wow and the person that you want it from made you think it was a real iPad? Is this one someone took a part or is it a toy?
She might try to "get you back". Be careful & be sure there is some distance between you & your sister. And more importantly have a nice present ready to replace it.
I see you for get them back. That good. Someone tried saying the sent me an iPhone using tracking and it showed it was sent but it wasn't. He put a wrong address on it on purpose. Listia gave me my credits back a month later. That's a great idea to video tape a package. That you get from a Listian.
I see what you mean now. It was one of those ones they use in the store to show. I think you can send a ticket to listia to get your credits back on it. How many did you spend on that? :(
After reading your story i will be video taping myself opening every package i get from listia. Just in case something does go wrong, i have video evidence of what was inside. Thanks for sharing your story with us F&W
You are welcome. I videotaped all high end items I won for awhile. Now I am more careful about whom I buy from. If they have sold 1000 items & have a 100% rating, I feel really safe bidding on their items & don't tape. If they are new to Listia & list a diamond ring as their first listing, I don't bid. Most newbies start out with less expensive items if they are serious about Listia & plan to stay. If I don't hear from the seller after I win the auction, I tape. If their grammar & sentence structure sounds like a kid, it probably is. There are many wonderful people on Listia & I have really enjoyed it but like all things in life, there are always people who try to take advantage of others. Just be cautious.
Yes, I did, but it was a real hassle. He sent this, swore he didn't, called me all sorts of foul things, then sent an envelope with a blank piece of paper. It had a tracking number on it, so I video taped me opening it. I sent the video to Listia. He claimed innocence right up until the end. (When he was barred from Listia). I had paid big points for a brand new (real) iPad & he tried every trick in the book to keep them.
Excuse me, but can I ask a question? If I bid and some one else ends up winning does that mean I get my points back or do I lose them, it's my first time on here and I don't know what I'm doing. :)
