I hope this helps, this is a review from one of their customer:

SIZE: I measured my waist at 32 inches which implies I should have gotten the Large size, but I wanted it to be very snug to give my back as much support as possible so I went and got the Medium size instead which is also the t-shirt size I wear. When I first pulled it out and tried to wear it, it would not close in the front no matter how much I held my breath in. But after loosening the ribbons I was able to clip it on and, with assistance, it was pulled in to a very snug fit just as I had wanted. And actually I thought it was too tight, because it felt as if I had been gut-punched by my own guts. I maintained that tension and after a couple hours felt much better. I concluded that I had been stuffed by the meal I had previously eaten. It was then that I realized this may be a supplementary device to help me curb my appetite and eat smaller portions. Bonus! On that note it also suppresses any embarrassing gurgling noises that usually come from my stomach when I feel hungry. Double Bonus!

COMFORT: I find this now to be extremely comfortable especially because it supports my back so well that I don’t feel any pain. Triple Bonus! I’d rather feel the snugness of this corset than my back pain any day! I was also pleasantly surprised to find that it doesn’t restrict my torso movement which I think is partly attributed to its design of being an under bust corset at a 10.5 inch length. I’m pleased with how much flexibility I am able to maintain while wearing it.

BENEFITS: So in a nutshell I would say the benefits of this corset would be that it helps with posture and back support…maybe perhaps with the possibility of spine realignment over time. It suppresses tummy gurgle noises, it’s fashionably versatile, this particular corset doesn’t restrict movement very much and is easy to sit in, and because it’s an under bust corset it gives a further lift to the bust. I’m fairly small chested so that’s a pleasing attribute for me.

the sizes, if measured correctly would give you a regular fit, if you want one for waist training, you could go one size down from your regular size, then just loosen the ribbons a little, it will fit you then snugly.. hope that helps
