While the least used of the set, it hardly qualifies as "rare" in used condition. While an unused Plate Block of four will have a catalog value in excess of $175.00, a used single (like this) lists at about $1.25 - 2.00. Further, a number of these exist which do not have any denomination printed on one of a pair. They really are rare and list in the $500 -$1600+ range.
