not sure how you can make the rule that a address has to be sent in 7 days which I would send a address right away if I was to bid and win but yet not mail the item until between the 7th and 18th of October when listia rules state the seller has 7 days to mail item out or you can request your credits back

Actually #4 under buyer on the rules page states send your payment and shipping info to seller when you win so you Can receive your items more quickly be sure to do so within seven days of winning

Scroll farther down and and states Winner 1. Unless otherwise agreed upon by both the winner and seller after the listing has ended, you must contact the seller within 7 days and provide your approved shipping address (if applicable) and shipping payment (if applicable)

Therefore if you read description and bid then you basically agree with me that items Can be shipped at a later date.

I read the rules way before this listing! A lot of people do this as well.
