You are welcome. Like I said I have a FEW items I have won and not been happy with because what they advertised what not what I got (old/dried up) and that sucks. I want to have great auctions and that doesn't just mean getting a ton of credits it also means the winner is happy once they get their items and then they come back and bid again. I am truthful about the products and post as many pictures as possible for my protection and yours. I have also been the victim of sending my items and the winner said it wasn't what they wanted and 2x said they never got it which was false. It actually made me stay away from listia for several months. So basically i just want you to know the truth and if that keeps you from bidding that's better than you winning and being unhappy or me losing the items and the credits. Make sense?

I have gotten a lot of make-up off of here and lately im getting a TON of used make-up. In looking closer at the Kat Von D lipstick it looks like it has been used or swatched. There are clearly lip lines running across the surface. Its not smooth and shiney like it should be if it wasn't used. Again before I bid I want to verify specifically that the KVD lipstick is brand new never used. If I get it and its not brand new im going to flip out....

I know how you feel. I have had some bad experiences here on listia too. The reason I specifically take individual pictures is to show everyone exactly what is in the auction. The KVD product I got in my ipsy bag it didn't come sealed. I have not used it. It is not molded to a pointed shape like most lipstick is I don't know if that's how that lipstick is made or if it melted a little in the mail. I want to advise you to NEVER bid for something you are questioning. I don't want you to win this auction then be unhappy. I hope that helps.
