This is a beautiful little girl's tutu dress with stretch velvet bodice and lots of billowy soft layers of soft tulle skirt. Elastic waist and Velcro fastener in back. Trimmed with satin roses, ribbon and satin strands. Girl's size 4. Excellent condition!
