Please, questions are not a problem. Book is HEAVY and in excellent condition, maybe a little dusty. It belonged to my husband who was a bible scholar. I will send it in a medium size flat rate box for $10.95 and will either absorb the cost difference if it is more or refund the difference if it is less.
