I believe the tray could possibly be used for something such as chilled jello, however I'm not positive if it would come out without flaws. I would suggest patience and individual pressure on each mold with both thumbs. I hope this is helpful.

Thanks for answering. It looks like it could be bendable enough. I like to make candy, soaps and crayons with the kids for basket fillers but have to have individual molds for each since you can't make soap and then chocolate in the same mold..lol
