To me - there is something absolutely amazing about home made Caramel Corn. Even the scent in the air sparks up nostalgia. If you have a caramel corn shop in your city, I am sure you understand. This recipe is a family favorite and certainly a keeper. It is quite easy to do although it does require a stove top ( sorry but I have had people tell me they want a refund because their stove isn't working!) Fair warning - this caramel corn almost seems addicting. It is delicious. It is excellent for settling back for a family movie night.
