( 12.65 USPS "Flat Rate". medium size box)
I've been shipping out quite a few packages recently and by that experience i would say it'll cost 12.00 US$, or more to ship this item without the flat rate option.
By this i would recommend the 12.65 USPS "Flat Rate". If for ANY REASON it costs more to ship i will cover it on my end. As far as knowing the EXACT SHIPPING PRICE; it'll take me having to go to the US Post Office to have the package weighed and priced for postage. If the purchaser prefers that option, that okay too.
"I want the purchaser to not only feel comfortable when participating in my auctions, but to also completely understand all shipping options. I myself prefer Priority Mail; 2 to 3 day delivery, tracking, insurance included..etc.
