This is a 1980s vintage Care Bear with moveable arms/legs. Original hair is still present on top of it's head, complete with original curl! This pink bear with a rainbow belly is also known as Cheer Bear. Item comes from a smoke-free home and is in pre-owned condition (refer to pictures).
