I know nothing about it except it is beautiful & I placed it in my jewelry box where it has been every since so wanted to offer it to someone who would wear and enjoy it. There are no makers marks that I could see. The clear stones do reflect a rainbow color at times and it doesn't stick to an earth magnet. I have not had it tested. It has a heart open front center with stones that form the outer heart and it has slots and openings behind the stones. It was sent via First Class and I had to pay my postman shipping due on it and it can not ship First Class due to thickness. So shipping is $1.97 to all Listia verified customers which includes tracking via Paypal. It measures 1" from bottom to top and almost 1" at widest points across. The listing is set a little higher than the credits I spent due to relisting cost of credits. No chain was or is included. No buyer's remorse.
