This is a yellow citrine Jewelry Candle Ring. Not my size...
It is a size 7 and has a small crystal on the side of the stone.

I am not sure. It is from a jewelry candle. Priced between $10.00 and $5000.00. I am guessing it is a $10.00 or $25.00 dollar ring. There are no markings inside. sorry
