The listing, Pokemon Gold has ended.

The winner of this auction gets a Pokemon Gold version. This one works, but doesn't save. Travel in Johto with one of the three starting Pokemon from that region: Chikorita, Cyndaquil, or Totodile and catch all 251 Pokemon. I don't have a camera so don't ask for any pics. This is for Gameboy, but can played on Gameboy Advance as well.

Someone else drew the label. I didn't see an "E for everyone" ESRB rating on it.

The game isn't fake; I played it myself and It's actually the gold version. no other gameboy game has HO-OH flying across the screen.
