The listing, Brand New Apt 9 Dress - Medium has ended.

This is a orange and white dress from Kohls. It was too long on me and I never wore it. Its brand new. Tags still on it. The size is medium. Its about 55 inches long from top to bottom (check out second and third pics). I tried taking some pics close up so you can see the design of the dress. Last two pics are of the back of the dress.

would this fit a 36D? im sure its soft fabric?

I'm not sure. I'm a 34B and it was big on me. I measured it across. Without stretching it, it was 30 inches. I was able to stretch it to 36 inches though (quality of dress not affected by stretching). I'm not sure what you mean by soft fabric. It does feel soft. It would feel nice against skin.
