The listing, just old and cute has ended.
this is an old figure, I have and some how I washed the sticker from the bottom of it I cant say what it is cos I don't rember, but he is cute and kind of heavy with his cute little ducks .
It's true...i wish you could see this tiny neighborhood, People live very simply...they have chickens (& ducks) and we trade our vegetables for their eggs. My husband cooks for the restaurant to pay for cords of wood.....most especially people have things like this out & don't fear that they'll be stolen.. Sorry to babble on :o)
If it were Lefton, it has a red foil sticker that would be easy to wash off. It it is Occupied Japan, most of the time has no washable sticker. He is adorable! Good luck!
There is a restaurant at the top of the hill; I call it the "Curiousity Shoppe" ~ everywhere you go, outside and in, Joe has things like this tucked away. :o) It's wonderful!
I so agree! It's called "Hidden Country" in here, and it's exactly that! I've gone over this mountain thousands of times & never knew this little valley was here. Joe has all the old metal statues outside..birdhouses everywhere and his wife has planted flowers in all these real old wood stoves....it's really a trip ;o)
