This is a used, but still in like new condition baby carrier. Black with no stains or other imperfections. Holds from 8 to 25lbs. This carrier is very easy to use and has adjustable straps with directions on the inside for easy reference. Smoke and pet free home. I have a preemie weighs almost 10lbs and cannot support his own head do you think this would be a good choice

yes I think the carrier would be fine for him. Its for babies 8lbs and above. It supports the baby's head so he wouldn't need to.
