My cat recently died, and I'm trying to find anyone who would like his; carrying crate, supper dish/water dish, litterbox and numerous cat toys.

im so sorry about your kitty. i had 2 cats (18 yrs old, both of em) that i had to put down at thanksgiving and christmas time. horrible for the holidays. but both were very old and sick. meanwhile i took in 2 feral brother kitties. and someone "borrowed" my cat carrier and never brought it back, so this would be great! thank you for listing.

His name was Sassy. Yes, we thought he was a she when he was just a kitten. I miss him terribly. I just wish I never got him fixed. The vet we went to messed up his operation and Sassy ended up with a bad UTI and Kindney Infection. I want to sue the vet that he was taken to. The same thing happened to Furball, my friend's cat.

I have a 2 month old kitten name Sammy, we also thought he was a girl and named him Sassy they are the same color. I would love to get this for Sammy and I know he would love the new things. I know its hard to lose your baby and harder to give away his things.

I'm so sorry for your loss, I lost my cat 5 years ago and when it happened, I actually blanked out for 3 hours with no recollection of what happened so I know how hard it is for you. Your cat is with you in spirit, when you think of the cat he/she is around. We now have 2 stray's that showed up at our door 2 and 3 years later. It has helped a lot but even now I still mention his name. I put a photo of him in a plastic frame out by my garden since he was an outdoor cat and he's with me when I garden.

We are very sorry for your loss. I love my 'bubbie' november 20th, 2010 to Kidney Disease. He was being treated with meds and a good diet, he did wonderful for a couple of months then within about 36 hours he went downhill and the vet told me it was time to make a very important choice. i've never cried so bad in my entire life that day. I'm crying now even thinking about my best friend being gone. He took a piece of my heart and soul with him. Some people will just never be able to understand the relationship that can form between an animal and person. I swear hes still with me sometimes...I've had a couple very odd things that have happened since he passed...and all paws pointed to him <3 http://rainbowsbridge.com/Poem.htm a copy of this poem was sent to me by my grandmothers penpal...may it bring you some comfort as well

I lost my Shayd Kitty last year. I moved into a new home and she took off one day. I looked for her for months, I even still check craigslist and the pound to see if anyone brings her in. She was my baby. I loves her so much. She was a super sweet calico that would cuddle up with me and wipe away my tears with her paws when I was crying. When I lost her i was heartbroken. I still am...losing a pet is like losing a child.

I am so sorry for your loss and everyone else that has lost their fur babies. They have such a way of becoming such a close part of us, that it is like losing a family member. We have a cat that is almost 13 that we have had sense she was 8 weeks and we are starting to get nervous about everything with her now. but she still acts like a kitten at times. and i have a cocker spaniel that is 4 and he is everything to me. I became disabled back in 2006 and sadly we had 2 large dogs that we had for over 7 years that we had to get rid of because of the disease i have, and it was the worse time of my life for so many reasons at that point, and this little guy i swear rescued me. Sorry to see that you are getting rid of the stuff and not getting another one, seems like you have lots of love to give. sorry i wrote so long
