Darn that's so stupid at least with this all you need to do is stamp it and mail it so therefore you save on shipping and then the buyer can pick out whatever they like

Exactly. I don't get it . It benifts both parites . Cheaper shipping and then the customer can choose whatever scent they like

I think Listia is being pushed into changing the rule by the the companies that insist the listing them here is selling or transferring them, frequently prohibited in the fine print on the coupons. Plus there's a lot of fraud that goes on too. :(
