The listing, Dog Rain Coat has ended.

This is a brand new dog rain coat. My dog is 9 pounds (in the picture) and there is room for a dog up to about 30 pounds. The velcro strap was plenty long to go around a larger dog. My dog is not use to wearing clothes so she is afraid to move when she has it on...too funny!
This one is made very well and has straps to slip their legs through also.
