is the label messed up beside the writing top left of pic how is the top of the cart anymore pics thanks

There is no writing on it, not sure what you are seeing in the pic.
But I did notice that the label is starting to lift a bit on the bottom left corner. There a piece of torn sticker on the back of the cartridge that can be removed with a bit of cleaning.

I see what you are talking about. That is only in the picture, a reflection of light. That isn't on the actual label.
