Its beautiful!...Dumb question...but is this for wearing too...or would it be for just collecting? I don't know anything about jewelry except if something is pretty or ugly...this is Lovely and such a pretty shade of blue!

Tibetan silver is used primarily in jewellery components, and is similar to pewter - an alloy of copper, and sometimes tin or nickel, with a small percentage of pure silver :)
