Yes, these are a mens XL. They are cargo type. I dont know if you can see that in the picture. Bought them for my fiance and he wont admit that he is larger than an XL. So, here they are to bid on.

The measurement of the waist with out stretching the elastic is 18 inches laying flat. So around 36 inches.
