I made this for a 5-year-old, but as you can see it basically fits the adult wig head because the head band stretches (it is the neck from a turtleneck shirt).I would suggest it for children or teens or those with kind of small heads. It has extra-large jingle bells that have kind of a low sound. I was very proud of this creation :) but I am by NO MEANS a seamstress, so the actual assembly is a bit crude. Ok, quite crude.
