New Kraft Cat in the Hat bowl. BNIP
Never used or out of wrappers except for photos.
Do not use in Microwave, Dishwasher safe- top rack only.

I think they are made of Melmae(y) but I am not really sure. All I do know is it is very hard plastic, if you drop it on a stone floor they will chip, and crack.
