This is a Avail 2 3 G I've had at least 10 of these phones they have problems freezing up the battery won't stay charged. Have to keep the phone plugged up all the time at&t have a endless supply of these phones refurbished around 20.00

Yes it has a SD slot but has no sd card with it would have to buy that separately from a Walmart or somewhere.

Yes calls can be made out and received in when activated. It currently is not so only emergency call can be made. It can be a contract phone or a month to month go phone thru AT&T
