(I had a winner that won a auction, paid for shipping but did not give me the color of a item she wanted... it was a winner picks from this selection kind of thing. it took her two weeks to get back to me on the color after 2 weeks of trying to contact her to verify the color and then she filed a complaint when it took almost 2 weeks to get to her)
