1st pair is size small and has waterproof outer layer Brand:Kushies.
2nd pair is a WAHM pair size extra small I think (no size and its smaller than the 1st pair) She made them for my daughter but are WAY to small. they are supposed to have a layer of PUL in them but I am not sure if they do.
Free shipping, will be shipped Friday after auction ends, must provide shipping info by thursday
