Used but in Great Condition! I had it in a storage container but will get it cleaned before being shipped :)

I don't know the size but I measured

Shoulder to shoulder 18" (measured on back)
Top of shoulder to bottom edge of vest 19"
Back of vest width at bottom 26"
Armhole opening from top to bottom 15"

Oh yes I think so. The holes for the arms are comfortably wide and as long as you don't have a very large chest lol it will hang very nicely :) but I know it won't fit a 3x. I hope this helps you :)
