I have really small wrists, I am an Optician. I have the small screw drivers to take it apart. I have done it to all of mine. Actually pretty easy

I was going to tell you .Most of them are 7 1/5 - 8 just use a tape measure or a ruler to see. I can explain to you how to do it if you want.
