This item has never been used to cut anything and liquid has never been put in the flask. I bought it as a collector item for display only. There are no nicks or dents it is still good as new. When I listed the item it did not give me an option to do a GIN. I would be willing to do that but not sure how to have that as an option. As for shipping cost I believe because it's a heavier item it will be above $5.00. Post office is closed til Monday so I can check exact then.
