This is a size 2T girl's pirate dress and comes with the hat. I bought this for my daughter for Christmas last year for dress-up play and it's now too small for her. Pictures posted are of front and back views of the dress. There is one velcro tab on the back at the top. I'm making this a short auction so if the winner wants to use for Halloween, it will arrive in time.
